If you want it on the cheap then I recently stayed at Heritage and The Paul (25th st and 29st) and you are right by the and / are, a few blocks from fdb and 6 subways and a few good AMPs are walking distance. And diamond district and hells kitchen are a close subway ride away. Plus you are close to ktown and Penn station.

I visited in August and am heading back again this week. Honestly anywhere near a subway station is going to work fine. I saw 2 ladies and one AMP while I was there and stayed by the Staten Island Ferry. Ladies I saw were in midtown and east side.

I went there a few years ago and I can't recall any specifics but I'm sure it was a fun time. Other places that are probably similar and get similar publicity off the top of my head are Cream Dream, 38 Mate, Jade45.
