If I had to summarize:

She was late and distracted, her attitude wasn't great, and she upcharges now.

First, it was kinda hard to get a hold of her. Multiple calls and texts unanswered over the course of a month, despite her regularly posting. Finally got in touch. Went to see her in Lynnwood.
