I bought a $90 online Visa at this site https://www.giftcards.com/visa-egift-gift-card , had it emailed to one of my burner emails, registered it with a fake name & address (made sure it was a legit address on Google maps), and used that Visa # and address for the upgrade in Seeking. Was approved immediately without issues.

Of course, I logged back in and couldn't find a single nearby girl I felt compelled to message right away, but hopefully I can add at least a few #s to the list over the next 30 days.
