The requirement is in effect until sometime in April from last reports. Not sure how they handle out of country proof of vaccine though.

These new restrictions will apply to non-USA individuals who are traveling for both essential and non-essential reasons. They will not apply to USA Citizens, Lawful Permanent Residents, or USA Nationals.
