First off, she is the woman in the pics and they are accurate. She does modeling, so she has access to a lot of glamour shots of herself. Quite pretty in person. I think you'll need to see your regular Masseuse because that 180 rate is for HJ. If BJ is possible it'll be extra money for the extra service.
