I ended up seeing this one. YMMV but I don't think I will repeat. The good is that those pictures are her 100% and the room was fairly clean with no real smoke smell. I know how everyone feels about deposits and I feel that way too, but I had been watching her for awhile and really wanted to meet her. So I took and chance.
