This place used to be a Latina place back when it was called Zen Therapy. Multiple rooms, two cute Asian girls. Security cameras everywhere with monitors in the room I was in. Door bell kept going off and I'd see the same guy walking in and then walking out, over and over again.

Lame massage, I talked her into a CBJ for $100. Lame CBJ. Every time the guy would trigger the door bell, she would stop blowing me and look at the security monitor. AND of course, NO TABLE SHOWER. I felt ripped off.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I miss my girl Tina.

Visited oak spa in Burbank on several occasions, and drew a different chick every time I went, whoever is sitting on the counter. In my experience with this place, it's whatever what the girls feel?? I'm not sure what to make of it. Maybe you veterans can help me out. But I always brought $$. 40 for whatever house fee and the rest I can use to tip.
