Gentlemen, let's all get along, eh? Personally, I don't believe that a few guys over-tipping suddenly shifts the marketplace. And if it's more than a few guys, then it's sort of understandable that a lady might demand more. From her perspective, if she accepts less than the going. And cumming. Rate, clients might start tipping her less.

But I don't think anyone is proposing tipping above the going rate for service that's less than average, right? So in a way, if a fella wants to signal to a lady that she's provided excellent service, maybe it also works out to the benefit of other guys, too. That extra-high tip is a teaching tool, isn't it? If the provider realizes that unrushed service, when it doesn't consist of jackhammering away for the last five minutes of the appointment, will yield a better tip, she's more likely to offer similarly high quality service to other customers.

On the other hand (or if she's only using one hand, LOL), if she gets the same mediocre tip no matter how much she tries to provide excellent service, she has no incentive to offer decent service.

Anyway, that's just my 2 cents. And if anyone wants to offer 3 cents or 4 cents, let's not be too judgmental, eh?
