I've been reading the board for quite some time and decided to join in and share my experiences. My advice would be to start with a place that gives decent massages and no-drama HE, then work up to the FS places afterwards if that is what you're interested in. I would also avoid places with younger masseuses at first. They can be way too greedy, and many of them try to short you on time
