Lots of good GFE with reasonable rates.

My experience in Van is I've never found someone offering BBFS, and it seems more taboo there. It is especially tough when you can't build much of a relationship first.

Hop on a few of these ladies, do reviews on that site (keep them as positive as possible so as not to be deleted), vouch for them and ask them to vouch for you. After you get a few of those, doors to the other ladies will start to open up. Happy hunting!
