Thanks for doing the due diligence LTA. I don't usually criticize rates, I just move along if I don't like it, but that's outrageous even before factoring in the location. I can appreciate taking advantage of a jolt of interest so maybe we can try again later, or maybe she just has a bunch of mongers in the area by the balls.

It will also kills it for us regulars of her that see's her often on an introductory rate. Someway somehow we'll get priced increased and that will suck since someone is actually paying that much. It only take a couple of mongers that will bite that rate and we're toast. I agree on wait it out till no one pays that much and back to low demand of higher donations and that will be best for the rest of us.
