Like you, I've traveled all over. Just bought my first condo in Sarasota the other day so I can spend a good percent of my time outside of Oregon. Florida is really great for providers: better looking, 30-50% less cost, much friendly, easy to find BBFS, BBBJ, cim, Greek, etc. I have a few regulars here, but I don't really like to get too close to providers because I have a lot to lose with the risk of getting outted if one of them goes loony, which is always a possibility.

I've lived min 6 months in a lot of places, including UK, Korea, Japan, Thailand, Germany, Caribbean, a few choice places in Brazil, and all over the US, mostly bigger cities (Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Tampa), and Portland absolutely takes the cake. The more you realize how bad it is, from hobbying to simple stuff like prices, structure of the city, homeless problem, the people, weather. About the only good thing here is it's not Cali (yet) and the food to a degree, LOL. Not sure I'd ever recommend the city to anyone.

Been looking to leave for a while, but the pandemic, war, economy, etc hasn't been putting up walls there. Thinking of going to one of the expatriate havens in Thailand, France is opening up a special visa for WFH tenants too. Thailand's people are sickenly positive and upbeat on average, it's a nice place, very cheap, and as a hobbyist, it's paradise. Here, the price of hobbying has steadily been going up while the number of things girls won't do has also gone up, including basic stuff, and it's been harder to find girls willing to do BB.

Yeah, I don't know if it's just Portland or if it's the rest of the country, but the pricing is just too much. I'm willing to pay 200 to 240 for a half hour with a provider, even a safety girl to see if she is someone that I'd like to see again and with whom I could develop a rapport, but I just can't being myself to pay 300 to 400 for a half hour without having any idea if she will be someone I like. I agree with all that. Been here 45 years. Considered it the nicest city in America for most of that, but it's not that place anymore. It's really too bad. What a loss. The last thing you said, about hobbying price going up while services are going down and hard to find girls willing to do BB.
