In my night travels while repo truck working around 2 am I am seeing white girls around 10th and Girard, also group of BSW around the old Blue Moon hotel 52nd and Wyalousing in West Philly and both white and black girls 68th and Woodland SW Philly.

A Black girl with a super nice body waved me down and asked me for a ride and only went a block anyone have any intel??

52nd and from Westmister to Wyalousing has always been a hunting ground for BSW.

Today's the 7th and I rolled through early and again around lunch. 7 or 8 passable options between 6-8 am and then another 2-3 around noon. Scooped girl named Haley that I'd never seen before near Clearfield. Not my favorite part of the stroll, but she wasn't a zombie. WSW, early 20's, bleached blond hair. Passable BJ. Usual damages. Nothing notable to comment on. They are out there, just not in the numbers like before.

I'm not a daytime monger. I'm at work all day and I'm just not comfortable copping in the daytime (too many people out, too much going on, somebody I know might see me being a slimeball LOL).

The stings have been going on in Huntingdon area for a few weeks now. Nothing happens anymore. The girls are being offered alternative programs. None of the girls seem interested because the programs don't address the drugs and the other issues that go with detoxing from them. For the girls, it's a catch 22. There are no court dates or anything like it used to be. The longest I've heard they keep the girls now is roughly two days, give or take. As for the mongers getting tagged nobody I know has been bothered. I've seen guys pick up right in front of active duty marked cars and nothing happens.

Even if a guy does get accused of solicitation if he has his shit together and a believable story there is little to nothing that can or will be done. Don't try that old line about asking a girl if she needs a ride. A seasoned officer will right away ask why you passed the twelve other people that may also need a ride. So, not very probable that plane will fly in that shitstorm. There are a ton of other reasons to be talking to a streetwalker. Just use some common sense.

An interesting incident happened to me years ago. I got stopped and the officer asked what I was doing. He asked why I was in a known prostitution area. I simply asked him "known to who"? I commented I didn't see any signs indicating anything about prostitution. Then I pointed out there are plenty of no parking signs. So I know where I can't park. Also, signs indicate a drug-free zone. How am I to know where a prostitution area begins and ends? I had done nothing to indicate I might be seeking a prostitute. He saw that my documents were in order. No lights out or other infraction. He called me a smartass and told me to leave the area. I smiled and waved bye and continued my search for that day's dream girl.

At present, I don't think there are any sting worries. Of course, the district captain needs to appease the neighborhood masses. They go through the motions and little else. Keep in mind many of the complaints are from the same people that want to defund the police.

Huntingdon and the surrounding area have been a streetwalker haven for more than forty years. The neighbors would like to rid themselves of the streetwalkers and the other problems that come with them. They are having little to no success. I can't say I blame the neighbors much. Much of the problem lies right in their own backyard. Residents provide shelter for some of the girls and also go out looking for dates themselves. That is part of the driving force in the area that keeps working girls there plentiful. They can do a quick date literally right next door to their office and be back at work twenty minutes later. That's a win, win situation for them.

That's not to say people shouldn't be careful when shopping there. It is up to each individual to be diligent and know at a moment's notice things can change as they can anywhere. It is up to each monger that frequents any neighborhood to respect the area and residents. Don't engage in any activity that wouldn't be accepted outside their own front door. Don't leave trash or other indication of what one might be doing there. Me. I'm just an 'OL Gator.

That sucks to hear they are still doing sting operations on Jons. Screw the vice uncle dept. On all levels. Seriously, jaded- many streetwalkrs have fucked them BTW. Its lame Philly is still doing this, all just a cash cow to milk Jons for their $ and shame them in the process. Its not even a good profit incentive w the Jon class. Laughable program and really putting a cokc block on mother nature's calling to bang and release.

What's the deal with Whitaker Ave? In the early mornings, there's a whole group of latinas hanging out there. It has all the right vibes of street girls. But I'm white. I've tried scoop them, and nothing. Won't even talk to me in English or Spanish. But a black or latin guy drives up, and they are jumping all over each other to get into his car and drive off. Then I thought, maybe they aren't working and just like doing the day labor thing or cleaning houses. So then I tried to approach them about a cleaning job, but they blew me off completely. One of them just kept telling me I'm a cop. Most of them have that middle-aged Mexican look, but some of them are younger and cute. I'm getting no joy. What I missing about this?

The ave scares me these days and its been about 6 months since I did a drive through. Last time I had too many near miss car accidents due to other drivers and people (not SWs) were trying my car doors at lights, stop signs and stopped in traffic.

I might take a couple days off from work mid-week and giving a go at an AC stay the end of this month before the summer prices kick in. Worse case scenario is that I get to relax, get shit faced and read a book and smoke some pipe tobacco in my room and someone else has to clean up after me. I can't connect with escorts to save my life the last month and I am hearing increased prices at AMPs making it less desirable option.

Cops don't seem to do anything. They seem to just chill in their cars and fool around on their phones.

Cops are fundamentally the laziest people you'll ever meet. Maybe there were cops 100 years ago that actually wanted to help people. These days, they recruit the former high school bullies, guys who want the cushy government paycheck without actually working. They all say they want to uphold the law, but they tend to be selective on which laws they want to uphold. And against who. If you've got the slightest little bit of melanin in your skin, you're fucked. If you are a fellow cop, you won't get arrested regardless of what you do.

Remember, a cop with initiative is a very, very dangerous thing. I would much rather have them sit in their cars and jack each other off than decide they want to be "helpful" and start terrorizing people (again).

I think the day and time plays a big factor. Friday night, a lot of mongers want their dics sucked so a lot of them go out at that time. I was also out at that time, but I was able to pick up 3 over the course of a few hours.

In my opinion, the biggest thing to watch out for on the stroll is other drivers.

Today, a pickup truck rear ended a sedan. The sedan had the trunk crushed but the pickup was fine. The driver in the pickup decides to flee the scene. The sedan driver pulls a gun and chases after him.

Not too long ago, an old man was stopped at a light. A tow truck driver fell asleep behind the wheel and smashed into the old man. The old man was in a luxury sedan but it was totaled. The tow truck driver fled the scene on foot.

There are always zombies walking around, but sometimes they get behind the wheel. The best case scenario is if they nod off at a red light. Worst case is they nod off while the car is in motion and smash into someone at full speed.

There are always people driving in the opposite side of the road, running reds, doing crazy stunts.

Cops don't seem to do anything. They seem to just chill in their cars and fool around on their phones.

Ran into Red Head Ashley around Clearfield. Seemed ok while she was standing on the corner but after she got in I realized how stoned she was. When I asked if she was ok she quickly perked up but then she faded back. Already committed we took a ride. When she got close to me I noticed that she probably had not bathed for quite sometime. Friendly and no rush.

Now it's just a presence to discourage the activity but be prepared for the hammer to drop if there isn't a change.

Respectfully, it's a numbers game, and luck. It's also will on the part of the police / courts (which is to say politics). The police aren't stupid. When they decide to make a sting, you stand a fair chance of getting caught. There is risk that can be mitigated, but not eliminated.

Getting arrested doesn't just happen to stupid people.
