If the provider asks for a deposit, move on to someone else because for every provider that asks for a deposit, there's another girl who doesn't. Giving a deposit doesn't guarantee anything except that the provider no longer has a reason to show up at your door to earn her money.

Doesn't do FS on first visit and place is not secure. Front door opens to a walk down basement level. Anyone can walk in. Including LE.
