I do not understand why people ask for people to give them information on UTR 's. Every UTR's information is given out to people then they will not remain a UTR. This one is tricky because a lof of Latina's prefer texting due to their limited English. Unless an ad requests that you text only, I highly encourage you to call so you can hear the person on the other line. 99% of these girls are from El Salvador, Honduras, and other countries south of Mexico. Expect to hear a woman with an accent answer the phone. If she sounds American, she may not be legit.
