Does anybody know if there was a raid with Royal? That was most recent. Also, Cheng Sheng (if I spelled that right) and VIP in O'Fallon, I don't recall a raid when they got in trouble. These days, cops are so restricted, they can't do their jobs. I'm just not seeing any STL AMP primed for a raid right now. The odds are slim I'm face down butt naked and the popo bust in, winning the lottery odds, but I agree that I don't want to be that guy. I'm not going to let LE parked outside stop me from my massage, I don't think I go to any spas on the 'bust them' radar.

This only happens in movies or on tv. In theory let's pretend it did happen, and you are getting a massage. That's not a crime. Unless they send in an undercover nothing can be proved to have happened. Unless they foolishly admit to providing extras. Even then they can't prove you were given any extras. They may be pressured or lose their business license and close, but you never hear of any charges that amount to anything. Close a few here and there to keep the concerned citizens happy is it.

Cheng Sheng was raided the day after a reporter called out the chief of police on what was going on. The place on Watson a do-gooder reported that they assaulted him! If I remember in both cases they went after the immigration status only to find out everyone had a green card or were citizens. I don't remember any talk of prostitution charges.

Now, for parlors that don't typically offer FS, do you still ask for a lineup? I know it's a bit more touch and go (sometimes literally) with parlors that aren't Centreville, but I just don't want to walk into the wrong place giving off the wrong vibes.

I have been to AMPs in Texas, Florida, Cali, GA where FS happens and it's implied the moment you walk in. After visiting AMP throughout STL / St Chuck for over 10-15 yrs. FS doesn't happen over here, it just doesn't. If someone is telling you they are getting FS / BBBJ from a AMP in this area, they are lying.

A dude sitting in a car parked in a parking lot doesn't have a flippin clue what goes on during my massage. I could be getting a wonderful handy or I might just be getting a therapeutic massage because I'm physically all messed up which is common for me. He don't know jack. Personally, I'm not scared. I will walk in with a policeman parked outside. If someone has input of what I have to be scared of, please enlighten me because I might be missing something. I don't see what there is to fear. I'm not telling and my masseuse isn't telling so how will he know what happens in my private room? My wife knows I get massages, we sometimes go together. Paranoia will destroy ya.

Big Ditto. It's refreshing to read what IMHO is good sense. The paranoia and misreporting / misrepresentation related to AMP's is a head scratcher to me.

Just curious how you know that if you have not been there. Very unusual for these shops to discriminate. If someone tips them $5 or $10 then yes, they will definitely ask you not to come back or at least hope you don't. I am still amazed that guys give ridiculous tips and then are surprised they did not get what they wanted. If there is one thing these women absolutely hate it is a "cheap charlie".
