Contrary to some belief, the "Legal Disclaimer" you ask about does hold some legal significance. But only if the provider is savvy enough to actually understand and abide by its significance. That goes for the client, as well.

Actually, nothing anymore. What I am about to post is what matters now. On the good guy sting ads ads, they take away all of the options in the suggestions of offered services that arent directly offering sex such as "lunch and dinner dates" to take away that potential defense in court. So it is fully implied what the decoy is offering. If you don't read that, they will still arrest, saying that you were "recklessly inducing" as the statute reads.

However, some of their sting ads still do not contain that disclaimer. i assume those are "arizona bait and switch" ads. steer clear of the ads without the disclaimers.
