It's not. People keep saying this but there's very little truth in it. The average earning of an OF account is $160/ month. The demand (Older SDs) are on PCs / web, numbers staying the same (unless we die or get caught by our SOs LOL) while the supply (younger SBs) are only on phones. Anything that discourages phone access will discourage activity from the young crowd. Kinda sux!

I think the OF thing is also a big factor. I had a recent conversation with someone in business who mentioned OF as a reason he can't find anyone to hire for his warehouse work. I didn't expect to be talking about OF in a business conversation. LOL. I had to feign ignorance, but he told me he held a brainstorming meeting with his current employees (20-somethings) about how to generate candidates and to find out why more people weren't applying for working there. One of the things the workers mentioned was OF and that girls could make tons more $$ doing that vs having a real job.

Nice synopsis. I'd advise you to keep hitting it hard til the subscription ends though. I re-upped on SA early December and it was brutal for me most of the 30 day. A few days left, I was thinking maybe I should switch to escorts. Then only a couple days before the end, I found a good keeper that made all the previous 30 days effort worthwhile. It's the second time, over 4-5 times I've joined, that I found a good keeper in the last few days. Not sure if it's my intensifying efforts or just dumb luck but I will take it!

The MeToo movement. It of course called out some really corrupt and predatory behavior, but it also had a side effect of stigmatizing even the best intentioned consensual arrangements, and I think its made this game a non starter for many of the girl next door types.

A newer wave of young male members who use the site as a Tinder alternative and aggressively negotiate prices for acts. Its maybe not the worst approach for just getting to the point with some girls, but it also can drive away some more of the 'nice regular' girls who would respond better to the more traditional approach.

But its still a lot of fun when it does work out, even if its more rarely, and a definite step up from Listcrawler these days, so I still take a stab at joining up for a month here and there and collection some numbers to see what happens.

Its like this in central / south NJ where I'm at. It used to be fertile hunting grounds but now its a barren wasteland. The pandemic changed alot of things and I think alot of girls have gave up on online dating in general.
