It's dead. What's left is all skanks and scams. I reached out to one that looked half promising and received response that had lines like "I am a real goal digger looking to marry a rich guy" or some $hit like that, possibly a bot. My inbox is full of profiles I have blocked. I am done with it, at least for now until I hear promising things.
