I haven't been downtown a whole lot since Covid but for a place to relax I'd say 'The Woods' is a good spot, it's dark inside so I guess not the best pick-up spot or for watching. I think Aero should meet your needs, rooftop bar and the building connects to 4 other bars so you should be good there.
