I doubt you are going to find much in the way of the kind of massage you are looking for. If you stay at one of the nicer hotels, MAYBE they will offer some sort of in room massage which will be totally legit.

The authorities there pretty much run that place with an iron fist in terms of keeping up appearances as a family friendly destination. Just don't pay attention to the meth and opiod problems raging there.

Occasionally, you may see a traveling girl or one of the Knox ladies set up there for a few days. Totally a crap shoot.

Occasionally, you do hear of somebody convincing one of the Knox girls to do an outcall there. Sure that would cost you an arm and a leg though.
