I think you're 100% correct in what you said. But I think it's because of a sad reason. I think she's actually being trafficked by these two dudes. As you say she has no soul. I have never seen two guys together acting as muscle for a provider, and yes you did right to check things out so your safety is not at risk, the fact they confronted you is also concerning and I think you were going to be robbed.
