I've never had trouble receiving change, only it's sometimes awkward taking it, depending on who's bringing the change, and the services provided. But that's just me, preferring to not dicker and look like a cheapskate with the provider.

It is usually 70 but it can vary. Just keep a couple 10 dollar bills with you. It's not hard to do, the ATM will dispense 10's LOL. Also it is usually not an issue at all getting change from my experiences in Greenbelt or anywhere else for that matter, but since it has been a few years since you've been maybe you had some issues in the past I take it.

That's surprising to hear. I always get change back at the various places I've been to. But I guess YMMV?

I too used to enjoy TK regularly (weekly) years ago, every visit was great. Not a big fan of the rooms, feels more like a doctor' office, but they had some of the best ladies, made me forget about that. My last AMP visit was to TK late 2019, wearing masks during FS was not very enjoyable, so have not participated in the hobby since then. Hopefully can return to normal soon.
