I was in and shore and checked out conifer in Danvers.

Been in the AMP game for a little bit now and for the most part I have done it the same way every time. Wanted to get some opinions on what you guys do when you're on the table.

Question #1: Arm Placement. How do you keep your arms when you are laying face down? Are they down, straight by your sides or are they up and folded up by your head?
