And I do kinda agree with the response, it's a serious commitment for clients and providers, and considering we're all in this thinking with our bottom head, I could see it being a flag. The nuance of YMMV. It's no laughing matter for the girls. She may not have told you explicitly, but it's expected that UTR BB is not mentioned for this very reason. It was also completely unnecessary to include, considering that your recommendation hinged on a YMMV service.
