Meghan does this as well. 30 minutes will cost you $200 for the massage plus PM. 60 minutes would be $300, but that might seem a bit high to many of us. She is a looker though and she gets fully nude with mutual touch, but you have to keep your hands off her kitty.

If the place is mentioned here, there isn't much etiquette required it's how they make their money, they'll usually just start doing it or ask you flat out what you want after you flip over.
