I went to MM today, typically frequent NDS. Paid the fee and was brought into a room and undressed while waiting. I'm only guessing, but I would bet that that guy that walked in the door RIGHT behind you was a well-known regular customer who "requested" Amanda just seconds after you first met her in your room. Then, Keiko apparently decided to quickly yank her from your room before anything got fully underway, rather than ask that well-known regular customer to wait a full 45 minutes for her to finish with you. I'm also guessing that what ran through her mind was that you didn't request anyone in particular, so a quick-change so early in your session would make no difference to you (or, at least, LESS of a difference than asking that well-known regular customer to wait a full 45 minutes).
