At NDS, it's bit more flexible, and negotiations are sometimes required, if you don't just hand over the full rent, up front. If you start with the normal 60 minute fee, and then add on services "a la cart", it can be a little annoying. If you want a full hour, with all of the usual services, just pay for an hour up front, and you have a girlfriend for the hour, with no awkward negotiations. If you want Greek or 4-hands "options", you can negotiate them during the session. Be careful when negotiating "options", since that isn't really a set price.

I went in a business suit (after a business meeting), and they tried every last upsell method in the book, with outrageous prices (they wanted another full $220 for 4 hands, not just the usual $100, etc). Went in wearing shorts and flip flops a month or so ago, and the "options" were normal price.

As for extra tips... That's totally up to you. I frequently show up with a little bag of groceries, chocolates, or sometimes a few cold beers. That usually gets their attention (in a good way). But of course, cash is always king.
