It's really pretty straight forward, no secret to it, but usually not all it's cracked up to be.

Literally, just ask. It's almost always in offer for a price. I've been going to SXL nails for about 8 years. Seeing mostly Kelly, but I've done everyone there. Its easily my favorite Chicago shop. There are two girls there who 100% have fake pictures. Sandra is one and Nicol / Nicole is the other.
