At MM, just pay your price of rent at the window, and enjoy yourself for 45 minutes. No negotiations on price or time required (or allowed). You can always double the time for double the rent, if you want. Just let them know at the window, and pay rent accordingly.

At NDS, it's bit more flexible, and negotiations are sometimes required, if you don't just hand over the full rent, up front. If you start with the normal 60 minute fee, and then add on services "a la cart", it can be a little annoying. If you want Greek or 4-hands "options", you can negotiate them during the session. Be careful when negotiating "options", since that isn't really a set price.
