I've read a lot of these ghosting posts and I think the simplest answer is that 99.99% of these girls are doing this to support a drug habit, not as an actual sustainable source of income. They run out of money and need a fix. Between the time she committed and the time she ghosted you, she probably found an easier / more convenient source of money and / or someone she could hook up with for drugs directly.
