You're right; it's the website. I clicked on the "All Everett Massage Parlors" pull-down tab and noticed Xanadu was listed twice. When I selected one of them, it turned out to be the listing with no reviews. When I went back to try again, only one listing appeared (the one with 14 reviews).

Not that your concerns were unreasonable or anything but sometimes sites can be fucky based on which browser you're using, you might try out firefox or another browser and see if that changes anything when you run into stuff like that.
