If you block them that's permanent, can't be changed. You can hide profiles and un hide them. But once they're blocked that's permanent from your account.

Unfortunately, it's permanent from my experience. They ask you twice before it's completed.

Video doesn't matter in my opinion. What matters if they have been a visitor. Bots can have videos and bots will admire you. I only send an open emails from chicks that have visited your profile.
