Good news: After you install and before you launch an app for the first time, go into your apps control panel and deny access to your contacts, camera and anything else you don't want it to see. Most apps will still work just fine but, if it breaks the app, then just delete it.

Agreed. I didn't make myself clear. I was more concerned with who, in this case, has access. I'm not sure why they feel they need to dick around with an inmate roster in the first place.

Nobody unwanted is getting through that screening process, whether it be riff raff or pigs.
