Thanks for this primo information. Do you have any idea what it means when it returns a city name rather than WIRELESS CUSTOMER or a person's name? I ran this on all my phones and one came up as WIRELESS CUSTOMER and one with my actual name, compared to when I checked a few from ads it just came back as CLEVELAND.

You're welcome, usually it will tell you what company operates the phone when it has the city name. I. E. Textnow, twilio, etc. Generally those are VOIP numbers.
