Yea, that's exactly what I did. Paranoid me however did a number search using those background lookup sites. The guy that sent the text appears to have a variety of criminal records. Maybe its nothing, but the fact that he has the NYCDesires agency on the thread and is texting a variety of numbers is fishy. I wonder if he gained access to their list of clients and is seeing who is going to reply back.

There is an escort that goes by Dr. Lisa and I am sure she isn't Asian.
