After the referral from a trusted source in Honolulu1, tried to set up and appointment and got up-sold while trying to make the appointment. This defeats the concept of the up-sell, if they scare away a potential customer before getting them in the door. Perhaps she will give standard pricing for return customers, but tried for. 4 over the asking price over a text and indicated only HE. Just wanted to share this. Unacceptable to me. Boycott!

I didn't get specific on quoted prices as once she mentioned top off, extra, roaming, extra, I just wanted the HJ. Typical Thai Upsell.
