Go get a prepaid card and use that. It should work. You can't use your ipad or phone, they track the IP address. Go get a prepaid phone and just sign up again with a fake email and use that phone. Its as simple as that.

Both times for same as you, "solicitation". Second time I could kick myself as some gal asked me what is my PPM. Neveranswer that question LOL.
