Thanks for this primo information. Do you have any idea what it means when it returns a city name rather than WIRELESS CUSTOMER or a person's name? I ran this on all my phones and one came up as WIRELESS CUSTOMER and one with my actual name, compared to when I checked a few from ads it just came back as CLEVELAND.

You're welcome, usually it will tell you what company operates the phone when it has the city name. I. E. Textnow, twilio, etc. Generally those are VOIP numbers. I don't believe they are the most updated listings in response to your first question, for example my buddy's had his name misspelled on his old plan from like 2018 and that was the record that comes up when you type it in. But hey, for a completely free site, can't ask for much more!
