I have to say you are correct because if the majority of people here are saying she ghosted them after arranged appointments all credibility goes out the window. I am anti ghost. You do it once and I wouldn't even consider seeing them if it was at 50% off. I thought she had some positive reviews from people that were actually able to see her but her having so little respect for people's time she deserves to have the negative reviews. I had a VERY similar experience a few months back with my second appointment, and posted about it here. For some reason she and her handler / pharmacist think they can earn steady income from rip-offs like this.
