Sin City (Atlantic and Acme area). I have been finding local wares off of PH on side road next to the PPH store (Putman Ave). No homeless all well known workers.

When you say sin city, are you referring to Emerson or Jacksonville Heights? Jacksonville Heights has been dead for a while. There hasn't been much activity in Philips for a while. In my 3 am wanderings I was not finding anything that I had to have so I was heading home via Philips Hwy. Between Clinton and Emerson I found a young doe walking south. It was chilly so I stopped and offered her a ride. She said her name was Daniella and was recently transplanted from Massachusetts. She is early thirties with a spinner body.
