Not quite sure what you mean by High End escorts. If an escort is beyond your price range, then look for one that is in your price range. High price doesn't always equate to an awesome time with an escort.

The reason some of the "girls" only want to communicate by test is that they are not the ones responding to you. It is their manager or pimp, or it may be a fake ad.
