MM opens at 9 regularly everyday. Even if you get there a little early, just knock on the door. Normally will let you in and someone will take care of you.

They do not answer the side entrance as far as I know.

Yes they do. I have never used the front door and have been there about 60 tomes or more. It just takes them about a minute to get there to open it for you.

They do. I always use the front entrance but I have exited that way. Been a few months, but I believe others have posted that they have entered through the back / side door.

What a dream! I'm grateful to everyone who's contributed posts / reports about MM. Been following this thread for the past several months, and glad I finally went this morning. Tried to enter in through the side-back door, but no immediate response, so went through the front and ducked in real quick.
