What I think you are seeing is someone who has zero English skills i. e. , they speak / write Chinese and know little or no English, and they are writing a story in their native tongue and using a translator app to translate to English.

They have no idea how ridiculous the result is since they do not know proper English.

These apps can have a particularly hard time with idioms, such as pain in the ass, she is really hot, a high roller, bait and switch, sugar coat it, etc.

Got closed down a few weeks ago. To many people complained about the obvious foot traffic and the snobs didn't want to a rub and tug in town.
