New location is a split / double with neighbors close by as well. Parking wasn't much of an issue but she will likely want to tell you exactly where to park when you arrive. When neighbors are home she's a little cautious about noise at your time of arrival but once in the place it's all good. Clean place, not huge, but definitely works. Same great service with a smile.
