You'll probably have some luck at Massage H & W at Rural and Ray (southwest corner). Across Rural is another one on the east side of the street with a sign that says "Eastern Spa" but most people refer to it as "Dream Foot Spa. ".

Same experience with offers made at these locations. Add Asian Spa in Chandler and Asian Girl Spa in far west Mesa to Dream Spa's category, but definitely weirdo mamasans. H&W I have been to many times and never offered anything, so I cannot reaffirm others' experience, except that Teresa chick was a weirdo who made things awkward (interrogated me whether I posted a review during service). H&W is strictly legit from what I know. As are most of these places, most of the time. Sometimes one lady might be drunk or frisky or find you cute, and another would likely kick you out for asking. YMMV definitely. You can add Grace, JS, Deluxe, Moon, Super Class, Golden Feet (all in SE Valley) to the legit list, afaik.

I've gotten additional service at H&W every time I've been there. I'm not pushy about things though so maybe if you're super aggressive about it they don't make any offers.

Some places I have had luck (from HJ to full service).
Tempe: Your health station and massage hall. Same management. (Some nice lookers that you can build a relationship. Have not tried the older ladies). Had some success with about 4 of the girls there between 2018 and 2020. A couple are still there. ,.

Chandler: Sedona Spa, Dream Spa (sure thing, sometimes good back walking), Tian Mei (post covid, recent success), Bashan Spa, H&W. I have had success in the one in Elliott and Dobson, there is typically a older mamasan, but they sometimes have younger girls that are fun and also give a good massage.

Gilbert: one in baseline and Gilbert (SE corner), one in Lindsey and warner (NE).

Scottsdale: the one in Papago plaza.

There are a few more, have to jog my memory. All these places are very YMMV (except dream spa). You will get a good massage at these places and can strike a real fun time with the girls if you connect.

Depends where in the valley you are, and how far you are prepared to travel. Check out reviews on Nirvana or Great Spa in NW or Tops or Aloha or Golf spa in SE.

One of those 5 should provide what you are looking for.

Visiting for a few days and started my trip with a visit to stop spa. I drew Yuki. Very pretty young girl. Tight body with guessing DD bolt ons. Great TS with adequate teasing and a little BBBJ. A while back I was looking for a CMT experience and a tug. I found Sara at https://phoenix.rubratings.com/151853 and thought I would give it a try. I won't be doing that again! She communicates well and has large breasts (which sag a lot and that she doesn't like having touched). Despite what the pictures might show, I would say she is a smallish BBW. If she is a CMT, then her "massage" wasn't even close. Teasing was erratic and ineffective. Her tug technic was poor (at least for me). Clean-up was self service with wipes. I got back to the hotel and had shower to get all the oil off (which may have led to an EPA visit to the hotel). She did offer CBJ as an add on at 75% more than her base 1 hour rate. This is NOT a price performer.
