I've tried a few times years ago to pick up female panhandlers, it never worked for me. As stated they make more money sitting there than blowing you. The whole freeway off ramp pan handlers are mostly part of a ring of dope users who work together to raise dope money been going on for decades.

I was successful 3 times over the years. Two times with known SW. Both times pulled up and asked if they wanted to make money and motioned with hand and mouth when they were panhandling. They of course hopped in and off to the races we went. Another time I did ask a panhandler but she had the SW look so asked and I did get lucky. It does and can happen. It is rare and this was closer to the good times when the ave was flodded with California hotties. Most of the time they say no or that they do not do that. The SW scene is not my thing anymore. I still stroll but rarely pick up. A few reasons. I have to much to lose. I have had to many close calls. The pickings are just to slim. For the past few years prefer AMPs and escorts over SW. The thrill of the hunt is still there but the selection is to low.
