As of this past September, it's actually a felony to solicit a prostitute in Texas. Not sure how many they've actually prosecuted thus far, though. With everything else going on in that state, I'm wondering when conservatives will make it illegal to have sex outside of marriage at all down there. Ah, Texas.

A friend of mine in Dallas got into a HUGE amount of trouble around 2003 or so. He picked up a SW and while on the way to a motel he already had set aside he got stopped by the police. Of course during the course of the interview none of the stories matched up so he was sinking on the Titanic. To make matters worse, when uncle LEO was not looking she took a small baggie containing a white powder and put it in his armrest. When police searched his vehicle HE got taken down town for it. Took him two years to clean it up and close to $20,000 in attorney fees, but the damage had been done. Job lost, wife lost, kids would not speak to him (to this day) and he has never recovered financially or professionally.

Definitely not a legal expert, but from what I've seen, police jump when a girl gets in the car. They can talk through the window, but they pounce when she gets in. They instantly separate the SW and the john for questioning. I've parked and watched this happen and it can take quite a while. The girl, if she feels pressure, will give you up, then they'll let her walk. Police can arrest or ticket, whether or not you formally get charged is another matter, but now you have to fight that off. It's just one big pain in the ass even if nothing ultimately happens to you.

In the race for City Attorney, one candidate is very much in favor of targeting johns on Aurora. I believe she'll be quite aggressive about it if she is elected. It's just an overall good idea to start practicing to be discreet.

Yup. The mugshot in the newspaper, your car being towed away, the huge expense of fines, towing, impound, lawyer etc and then also possibly loosing your job. Even if the charges do not stick, this is a HUGE impact to your life and well being. It is really ridiculous, given that violent crime is on the rise, cars are being jacked more often and catalytic converters are being sawed off at alarmingly high rates and we of course we want to defund the police. The few brave cops that are still on the streets should be focusing on what makes Seattle safer to live in. Don't get me wrong I do feel there needs to be police reform, but defunding the police seems to make no sense whatsoever. Frustrating.

I'll go out on a limb and say that there isn't really any good way to verify for absolute certain. An underage girl can easily do the math ahead of time and pick a year that instantly makes her 20 years-old. We can also ask for identification but if she has a fake identification card then that goes right out the window. My understanding is that in this state if an SW shows an identification card which is fake then we still can't use that legally in our defense. In the eyes of the law if she's underage then she's underage, no ands ifs or buts. So a girl can lie and apparently that's okay no matter if we tried to cover our bases. Basically we're screwed either way.

Another good reason even when dealing with internet girls, only well reviewed, from well known clients. Even then there is always a risk.

Lot of girls out Monday night as I drove through. Several of them all bunched-up together in a large group at 137th. I dislike it when they're all grouped like that and want to make a pick-up, so I continued on. If so, I picked her up from Lowes stroll several weeks back, going by the street name of Angel. She's Filipino but could be easily mistaken for Latina, pics are accurate. Friendly, no signs of habits that I saw. One benji for a QV at her room, all safety and no kissing but good attitude goes a long way with me, so overall a thumbs up for me.
