Location matters, too. PD's like New Haven, Bridgeport, East Hartford, etc. Have a lot more to do than smaller towns and need more complaining than other places before they act. I remember locations opening up in Cromwell and Glastonbury, not even close to providing services like DD, yet getting nailed by LE in a very short time.

A work colleague went today at 2 pm he was told 1 hour including himself 3 cars in the lot with guys waiting. Around 2:30 the 4th monger showed up, this is like a drive thru!
