Noticed a new sign for Joy Spa on Buford Highway in Chamblee -- near where that Statue of Liberty is, if you're familiar. Looks like it's in the middle of a used cars lot. Haven't seen it listed anywhere. Wasn't able to stop at the time. Anybody have experience trying out a new place?
